- ABOUT ME:
- I went to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Grade School and Graduated Pius X High School, Roseto,class of 1961. I lived in Bangor,PA. But most of my relatives lived in Roseto.
I got married in 1964, then moved with my Marine husband to North Carolina while he was stationed at Camp Lejeune.After his discharge we moved to New Jersey with is mom and step father for a few months, then back to Pa. I had 4 children by the time I was 29. I lost my first daughter at birth.
After all of my children were in school, I worked for Northampton County in Easton, Pa. in the Criminal Division for several years . I also worked for Dr. Cinelli in Bangor, as a medical receptionist for over 13 years.
Then moved to the Gulf Coast after my husband retired as a Corrections Officer from Northampton County in 2000. I was Widowed in 2002 and lost my oldest son in 2007.
My oldest grand daughter and her husband and their two daughters are living with me. Another baby girl is due in November. They all keep me pretty busy.
I love watching all the birds at my bird feeder, especially the beautiful Cardinals.(Never thought I would get interested in Birds.)
I like watching House Hunters on the Home and Garden channel, especially the international ones. Some great homes over seas, along with the high prices.

I know I am overwhelmed busy, and will be hard to keep updated, but I wanted to get onto this site to let my relatives know we are out there and very interested in being in touch. Family has always been the most important thing to us... and we need to carry the tradition. Nana and I have become quite close, and yes - she is a trip!! We tell each other stories and belly laugh. I am keeping her (mind) busy by writing a cookbook. Try to get a recipe from these women.. you know what I mean...an hour later you get her rendition of veal scallopini and then she says, "but you know what I would do..." I hope we can get it done someday. She hates thinking so hard, but she'll do anything for me! I have a great video of her doing "mouth organ" as she calls it, she didn't know I was taping her, and she's cracking herself up! but- I am having a hard time emailing it. I'll see if I can't try again.
