COMMENTS:: I understand that the Giaquinto and Angeline families were the only two families living in Roseto,Pa that were not from Roseto Italy. The Giaquintos were from Avellino and I have been in contact with cousins in Avellino and others that migrated to Australia.
I'm fortunate to have lived in Roseto.It's unfortunate that our children and grandchildren will never have such a great experience.

ABOUT ME:: After competing Graduate School
Moved to Allentown in 1969 to work for Merrill Lynch. Spent about 29 years with Smith Barney and in 2006 opened my own investment firm Compass Rose Investment Services.
Remarried in 1994 to the most wonderful girl in the world and had the wedding ceremony on the carousel in Pen Argyl's Weona Park.
Never have ventured very far from my roots.

His wife was my dad's cousin (Cecilia Ruggiero - maiden name). My husband and I are headed there this weekend for a Giaquinto wedding - Philip and Marlene Giaquinto's daughter's wedding.

Yes, you have the right Cecelia. We went to Pius together, I lived on 8th Street, and Margaret lived around the corner from me on Market Street.
Matt Cascioli is my cousin. My dad and his dad were brothers.
