Does anyone have spaghetti sauce recipees from Foggia/Bovino?

hellos. my grandmother made the best and sweetest sauce..with pork neck and fresh tomatoes..we have tried to dupicate it yet somethign is missing..her last name was Capenella (vallervadina) and her mother was Nicolett capenella. Does anyone have any they may share? thank you!
